Hospice of Green Country is proud to announce the next installment of our Hospice Education Institute series. On May 15th at noon, it is our pleasure to partner with the Oklahoma State Department of Health to provide this FREE session aimed at enhancing professional skills of frontline post acute care medical and social service professionals.
You can expect to learn about the current gaps and solutions for improving equity of access to medical care for persons experiencing homelessness.
Presenters Marcus Ayers and Bobbi Six bring a combined 21 years of experience serving persons experiencing homelessness, providing care in an acute setting, and providing public healthcare.
Attendance of this presentation earns 1 LPC CEU | 1 LCSW CEU (pending).
